Penna Powers, a Salt Lake based advertising agency, is seeking a Traffic/Production Manager for its Salt Lake City office. The Traffic Manager oversees the efficient flow of all collateral and work from account services to creative and production departments. Duties include monitoring workloads, creating project schedules, maintaining job files, tracking and monitoring job progress, routing projects and scheduling and conducting traffic meetings. Excellent time-management and multitasking skills and an eye for detail are key characteristics of a successful Traffic Manager.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Managing timelines, assets, file trafficking
  • Thrives on multi-tasking and handling multiple projects daily
  • Incredibly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to collaborate with many personality types, team player
  • Must be experienced with iCal/Google Calendar
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in a Mac environment
  • Experience with Project Management programs (Basecamp, GoogleDocs, etc.)
  • Comfortable with finding solutions to conflict easily/problem solving skills
  • Calm, cool and collected under pressure

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in design, pre-press production, video production
  • Understanding of web design & development to prepare files for digital distribution
  • Ad Agency experience is a big plus
  • 2-years of working in an office environment is required

Penna Powers is seeking an Advertising Account Coordinator responsible for providing assistance to Senior Account Managers in our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have high energy, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong background in managing tight deadlines and client.

Located in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, Penna Powers is an award-winning full service advertising agency offering advertising, interactive, public relations, research, media strategy and public involvement services.

Duties:
• Coordinate projects and internal work flow
• Assemble content
• Track timelines on jobs
• Proofread
• Maintain files and documentation of projects
• Assist in maintaining budgets
• Assist senior account manager in all aspects of account management

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field with a thorough understanding of advertising and marketing
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Knows how to prioritize and does well under pressure
• Experience in an administrative role including responding to client requests and phone calls, handling deadlines and progression of projects
• The ability to manage deliverables and communicate effectively with team members
• Must be a team player, willing to jump in and help when needed
